Opening doors to inclusion

We believe everyone deserves the chance to be part of society — and working life is a powerful way to feel included, valued, and empowered.

That’s why we’ve partnered with three initiatives that help individuals take meaningful steps toward employment:

  • Misa supports people with disabilities through work-oriented training. Thanks to them, we welcome a young man each week for a short internship that helps him grow and feel part of a team.

  • The City of Stockholm connects us with individuals overcoming mental health challenges. One talented carpenter completed a successful work training with us — and is now a member of our staff.

  • Prepare and Match (via the Swedish Public Employment Service) helps long-term job seekers. We're soon welcoming an international designer into our team to help her gain valuable Nordic work experience.
